JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.
- Present and offer our website services to potential clients.
- Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer.
- Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Base Pay: PHP 6,350 per week, with a night differential bringing your weekly pay to PHP 7,000.
Incentives: Weekly performance-based bonuses
Additional Benefits:
- Monthly attendance bonus (PHP 5,000)
- Monthly technology allowance (PHP 1,850)
- Weekly pay (received every Friday)
- Stable work with a permanent position (no short-term contracts)
- Optional overtime available but not required

Total Monthly Pay including bonuses: PHP 32,250 (plus performance-based incentives!)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English language skills to join our team. We are looking for:
- Excellent English AND Spanish language skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
- Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)
- A history of great teamwork
- Strong customer-handling skills
- Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time with overtime Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that runs through 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
