About the role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We’re looking for new multimedia experts to join our Social Media team. They’ll be responsible for:
- Produce and edit offline cuts for short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form projects.
- Structure visual pacing, narrative flow, and hook assembly directly within offline project files.
- Coordinate closely with video editors to guarantee the on-time delivery of all final deliverables.
- Supervise quality control, reviewing editor output to ensure every video aligns with high visual standards and brand guidelines.
- Oversee end-to-end post-production workflows, managing editing schedules, project timelines, and deliverable priorities.
- Organize raw assets and maintain clean project file structures
- Source, curate, and integrate media assets, including stock footage, music, sound design, and graphic overlays.

REQUIREMENTS:
We’re looking for:
- Multimedia Expertise (video and graphic editing)
- Experience in Social Media Management
- Marketing /Communications background is a plus
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work 9am-5pm US Eastern Time

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Base Pay: ₱225 per hour at 40 hours per week
- Monthly attendance bonus: ₱5,000
- Monthly technology allowance: ₱1,850
